We supply five families of metal closures, each tuned for a different jar finish, fill process, and shelf-life requirement. Sizes 38mm to 110mm, food-grade lined, U.S. warehoused.
Closure type 1 of 5
Continuous thread
The most versatile metal closure type, used across food, supplement, and cosmetic industries. Threads continuously down the cap to engage matching jar threads. Available 38mm to 110mm with plastisol or EPDM linings. Common in vitamin bottles, sauce jars, and skincare jars.

Closure type 2 of 5
Lug / twist-off
Vacuum-sealing closures designed for hot-fill products. The internal lugs engage with raised threads on the jar finish, locking on with a quarter-turn. Common for sauces, jams, condiments, and pickled goods. Sizes 38mm to 110mm.

Closure type 3 of 5
Press-twist (PT)
Closures that press on and twist off. Used for pressurized or specialty applications, including some pharmaceutical and supplement products. Sizes 43mm to 82mm.

Closure type 4 of 5
Vacuum lug
Heavy-duty vacuum-seal closures for shelf-stable foods. Higher torque retention than standard lug caps, ideal for tomato products, baby food, and high-acid foods. Sizes 53mm to 110mm.

Closure type 5 of 5
Plastisol-lined
Any of the above types with a food-grade plastisol liner that creates a hermetic seal. Best for moisture-sensitive supplements and products requiring extended shelf life.
